I was very impressed with Stone Basyx in Washington. Cecilia is friendly, informative, professional throughout the process. She went above and beyond by offering us a sample of each slab when we had trouble deciding between two options so we could see how they looked in the space. Noticing that we had traveled a long distance, she kindly offered us bottled water for the return trip. Excellent service all around!
Pedro and Cecilia were impeccable. Their customer service was above all other stone warehouses we visited.We were met at the door with curtesy, kindness and flexibility. They were willing to walk with us or let us look around. They helped navigate the floor and give advice while also giving space to make decisions. They even offered water and coffee! Literally steps above any other place I’ve visited in Sterling, Dulles, etc.Their selection of marble and quartzite was very large, beautiful and gave you all the options to choose from. The facility was very large and open so it was easy to see what you needed without feeling overwhelmed or crowded.I couldn’t recommend them enough for your countertop slab selection!! Definitely worth going - I picked all the counters for each bathroom, kitchen and laundry room. Go here!
I stumbled upon Stone Basyx before their grand opening, while searching for Taj Mahal quartzite. So glad I did, because there I found the perfect slabs, before I almost settled on less ideal ones from another place. Pedro and Cecilia helped make the process so smooth. They worked with me and my stone fabricator, and at the end I have beautiful kitchen counters that I will love for decades to come. Thank you Stone Basyx!
The best granite, quartz supplies out there! I’ve been to several other showroom this one was by far the best!!! From the collection they have the amount of stones you can choose from to their outstanding customer service !!!! Cecilia and Pedro were AMAZING very knowledgeable, professional and so nice! They answered all the questions i had walked around with me and explained everything! Im so happy i chose Stone basyx and i will definitely recommend and work with them again in the future!!!

Pedro is just exceptional to work with! His response time is phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable in the Natural Stone field as well as Quartz and Porcelain. Inventory is always great, with so many nice slabs to choose from.
After dealing with another local company(East/west) for months it was so refreshing to come to Stonebasyx. The selection was incredible. The lighting was great to actually see the stone. I am really glad we have a new slab warehouse in DC/NOVA area. Stonebasyx is a perfect place for homeowners, designers and contractors to pick their slabs for their countertop, fireplace and backsplash projects. Especially for unique and exotic natural stone selections. They have plenty of options. 👍👏
Pedro and Cecelia were wonderful when we came to look at granite for our project. They were professional, hospitable, and informative. They took the time to let us examine multiple slabs, and even had one moved so wecould examine the one behind it. They were a joy to work with. The location is new, so they are still getting set up, but their customer service and attitude simply can't be beat. That's hard to find these days.
