After months of trying to get granite, I finally gave up when my last two visits were met with poor customer service and attitude of the associate.
I left a beautiful remodeled kitchen in Southern California that was only 4 years old. We are now in Tennessee and remodeling an older home. I know I want soapstone again. It’s hard to find in the south. I shopped a big soapstone warehouse in California. Hadley was a gem. She went to work and I think we found it in Atlanta. I hope it works out. Great job Hadley. 😊👍🌺💕🏠
This was our first experience with remodeling a kitchen and with natural stone countertops. The facility was clean, easy to navigate, and well stocked. I have to emphasize that the most pleasant part of the whole experience was Angelique!!! Choosing the stone we wanted was like a "yes to the dress" decision for us, so we were heartbroken when THE ONE was already on hold. She went above and beyond to find out that it WAS actually available and made our day when she reached out to us to let us know!! She took our remodel from something we could be ok with to a kitchen we will LOVE!! And she did it all with a friendly smile. THANK YOU!!!!

My husband and I went to Stone Basyx looking for more granite and quartzite options in building our new home! The process was seemingly easy and fun. Angelica helped us sign in and got us started on how to go around and write down which stones we liked using a sheet they supply. We were allowed to walk all throughout the facility to look at different stones independently. The staff even sends our top choices to our sales rep at Granite Depot for proper pricing and further conversation. Would highly recommend them!

We came in to pick out countertops and Angelic immediately jumped up to help us out. She was very polite, and explained the selection process clearly and concisely. Such an easy process, we could not have been more satisfied.

We were greeted upon entry and asked to sign in. Angelic explained the warehouse set up, had us don reflective vests and answered any questions.
Very organized and easy to select your slabs in Tiers. Warehouse sorted by type and signage on each isle and slab group! Easy!

Great experience, staff were very friendly and helpful. Selection is best in town! No appointment was necessary and we were able to walk through the warehouse by ourselves once we were shown the procedures. I like this better because I didn’t feel pressured or anxious over making a selection or overrunning my appointment. I also like that slabs are in price buckets.Overall though, I like Stone Basyx because of the selection. After all, finding the right slab(s) is the highest priority.I’m not through the process yet so I can’t rate the pricing and purchasing aspects.
What a difference! My husband and I went to another stone place last week and it was dimly lit, had a million trip hazards and large machinery operating overhead. Today we went to Stone Basyx and couldn't believe the difference. Their warehouse was brightly lit so you could really see the details of the stone, the aisles were wide and their selection was excellent. They also had the slabs separated by type and well labeled so you knew what kind of stone you were looking at and a ballpark price. The ladies up front were very helpful and friendly, and all of this near the end of their work day on a Friday. I highly recommend them to anyone!
Peyton was amazing. Professional and patient. So many rows and materials to choose from. No hassle and no apppointment needed. Workrd great with Emco Williams and no extra cost for extra choices.
