They had a tremendous selection in all price ranges. The customer service was outstanding. I visited 4 different stone suppliers on the same day and I had wished I had started with Stone Basyx. It would have saved me hours. 2 of the other 3 stores didn't compare in selection and service, and the fourth one was great for quartzite but everything was much more expensive, even the slabs marked with only 2 stars.
My husband and I met with Maria Sanchez to choose our granite. Unfortunately, they only had one slab so she hunted down what we needed and had it shipped from DC. She communicated several times to make sure it arrived in perfect condition. She met with us to inspect the slabs. Maria’s is extremely knowledgeable about granite and all types of stones. I would highly recommend her to help you with your choices.

Stone Basyx was our first stop to look for countertops for our kitchen remodel. Staff was so nice and knowledgeable. They were able to give me suggestions on what I might like based on what I told them I wanted. We were able to look by ourselves. No pressure at all from staff! We quickly found a granite slab that we loved. I would definitely shop here again!
Staff was very helpful and patient as we made multiple trips to pick out two slabs of granite for our kitchen remodel. I also appreciated their attention to safety in the warehouse. They have a ton of quality selection pieces at all price points.

Maria Sanchez offered truly amazing customer service. While in the selection process, we brought flooring sample to help coordinate. Maria asked about our cabinets, backsplash, etc. and brought out samples in the colors we mentioned. She added a touch of her decorating skills on the cabinet hardware that changed our selections on cabinet hardware as well as lighting and accents to bring in some warmth.We needed two marble slabs for our renovation. The location had only one in inventory, but Maria researched and found the second matching slab to be shipped for us to view before a purchase. The second slab was even a more beautiful grain than the one in stock. I cannot wait to share our remodel photos with her and how her small suggestion resulted in a big impact.Her customer service and interior decorating skills are a true asset to the company.
Maria was fantastic! She was so kind and offered to have additional slabs of stone moved just so I could confirm patterns. I would recommend this place to anyone !

This place is AMAZING! The service beyond expectations. The variety of stone designs was amazing! Gorgeous styles . I'm an interior designer and I totally recommend this place for interior designers and architects as an great option for material selections.
The front of house are amazing. 😻 you won’t beat the customer service here and after of visiting the dozens of stoneyards in the immediate area, this has the biggest and best selection.
The girls were amazing! They were also helpful and knowledgeable about all the different stones! there’s many other places in the area to shop at, but my husband and I agreed that this was the best experience And selection overall. after my family and I had driven from Tampa and spent hours looking at stone The ladies directed us to an amazing restaurant up the street, we had lunch and we were able to come back and make our final decision on a beautiful stone!!!
Was impressed with selection of marble, quartzite, granite, quartz and porcelain. Everyone was nice and answered my questions. They even moved a slab so I could see the next slab of granite

I can’t rave enough about Maria and Llareli! The whole team there has been so amazing to work with. Maria helped me tremendously with my first purchase and was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Then when it was time for my second renovation Maria and Llareli helped with sourcing stone from their different locations. They are so fun, have such positive energy, the quality of the stone is amazing, the facility is so clean, organized and easy to find. They are so accommodating with letting you see slabs and moving them around. They even shipped 3 slabs for me to use at my beach house. They are so great and I would recommend them to anyone!! I was greeted immediately upon entering and in no time I was looking at their huge selection of stone. Maria checked on availability. and had warehouse workers move slabs so I could view. Maria was very helpful and she went over and above to help and keep us informed.

I don't like this place. Saved 40% on same exact material at Lowes. Hiding prices for "installers" only means rip-off for you. There is no such thing as a countertop license so the whole thing is a scam. I would avoid this place, and just go somewhere that has prices.They certainly have selection, but if you have a budget you need to avoid this place.
We are from Augusta, GA, and were shopping for a slab for our kitchen countertops at Stone Basyx Atlanta. They have a good variety of stones/slabs and their customer specialist, Priscilla Perez, was super helpful. She really made sure that we got the stone we wanted, accommodating our requests to view different slabs from a stack and reserving our top picks. Despite the distance from Augusta, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stone hunting in Stone Basyx Atlanta. Priscilla - thank you for your assistance!

This place has an incredible selection of slabs - so many different types of stone and color variations within each type. I couldn't find the stone I was looking for locally, so I drove down from Virginia, and it was definitely worth the drive. Found the perfect stone, and Stone Basyx worked with my fabricator to get it shipped for me. Just be prepared to spend several hours here because there are so many lovely choices.
If you're looking for stone countertops, be careful - Stone Basyx has so much to choose from, it can be overwhelming! But I found exactly what I wanted - and the people there could not have been more helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
Great selection here and very helpful staff. The front desk associates Maria and Karen were so patient with me answering my questions about different kinds of stone. They put the stone on hold for me, once more of what I liked was delivered to their warehouse, until I could get there to look at it. Juan and Alejandro moved different slabs around so I could look at the specific bundle number and even offered to move it over to an open loading dock doorway so that I could see what it looked like in natural light. Everyone was super helpful with great customer service!
