Stone Basyx has a large selection of beautiful stone and they have great customer service, I was greeted at the door and asked what my needs were and then Cindy took me to the floor to show me where the different stones were and how to fill out the form re: stones I like and answer any question I had about the stones. I was checked on again by other team members to see if I needed anything. Definitely worth going to!

If you’re in the market for marble, granite, quartz or quartzite, Stone Basyx has a wonderful selection to choose from. From the time we entered the door, we were met by the friendliest and most helpful employees, making us feel very welcome to look around for as long as we needed & available to answer any questions/concerns we might have. We are in earliest stages of a custom build but I feel positive that when it’s time for us to make countertop selections, we will return to Stone Basyx in Kernersville, NC.

We looked at granite from four different suppliers. Staff at Stone Basyx were the best by far... checking in with us and asking if we had any questions without ever being pushy. Very nice folks!
They are so friendly and welcoming! My husband and I were so impressed by how helpful and inviting the entire staff was. Jasmine was great at explaining everything and walking us through the process! She went above and beyond. Junior took a minute to answer a question we had and throughly explain the process. He was very friendly and although he was helping another client when we asked he was patient and helpful. Lionel helped us at the end of our visit, very personable and accommodating. If you’re looking for countertops go visit them, you will be happy you did. My husband and I talked on the way home about how great our experience was with everyone at Stone Basyx. Oh V
Stone Basyx was the 5th place I went to looking for granite. They have a large selection. A young man named Junior helped my daughter and I. He was very kind, extremely helpful and did not give up until we found the slabs which made us happy. 5 stars to the Company and Junior!
These folks are awesome! Lionel and JR are the nicest, most accommodating sales reps. Today was my third trip to make my selections. They help you navigate the immense warehouse and move slabs, so you can see all the options all while being kind and patient. Other places won't move slabs for you. How are you supposed to make a selection without seeing the actual slab? Highly recommend this place!
Highly recommend Stone Basyx. They have a large variety of slabs in their huge warehouse. There is something for everyone. Everyone there is very friendly and accommodating despite the fact that we didn’t make an appointment. We were able to select our slab and they inspected it for any flaws.Overall it was a great experience and the staff was refreshingly friendly compared to other distributors We had visited!
