This place is incredible. The inventory is expansive, and the selection process and customer service are top notch. D’Juan and ZaMya are fantastic to work with! 10/10 highly recommend stopping by here before you make a decision about any counter top project.

The staff were so helpful and friendly and lent us these cute accessory vests while we were there. The warehouse is clean and organized. Had a really fun father daughter day, picking granite for a kitchen island; we spent hours admiring all the stone.
I live in Louisville and fell in love with a stone here but there was only 1 and I needed more. I decided I would use it for my island but would need something for the perimeter. StoneBasyx had the same stone but a different bundle. I decided to go to Lexington in person to see if it would work. Unfortunately, it did not. I admit I was a little frustrated. I Had looked at a lot of stones and felt like this was my last hope. However, I was open to other options and had the tile I plan to use with me. I looked around and then went up front and explained my delimma and said I really needed some opinions. I showed them sme picks of my remodel. D'Juan and David to the rescue! These two went back with me with the tile and really helped me narrow it down. I ended up choosing David's top pick. I cannot wait to see it in my home!I have been to several stone warehouses in Louisville and every one has been helpful and professional. Overall it has been a great experience with everyone. However, these two gentlemen went above and beyond so I wanted to be sure to complement them. The process was well organized and orderly, the selection was large and diverse and yet they still gave me that little extra help I needed to make a decision.

This past weekend was my first experience with Stone Basyx.All employees were very helpful and seemed knowledgeable when I had questions or concerns about a particular item.They had many selections of stones to view and choose from.My husband and I left that day after we had picked out the perfect granite slabs for our kitchen countertops!I would 10/10 recommend them!
Great selection of stone to look at and to choose from. The staff is easy and very pleasant to work with, and they can help with ideas and getting samples. Stepping into the warehouse is like a walk into a museum of stone art.

So kind and helpful. Hundreds of granite and marble slabs to choose from. Dave helped me cart around my cabinet and floor samples and put them against an edited selection of granite and marbles so I wouldn't be overwhelmed. Highly recommend them!

D'juan and the other associates were exceptionally helpful and accommodating; concerned for our safety and that we found what we needed. Both times we have been here the office staff handled the customers efficiently and politely. They coordinated with our stone installers very quickly and they had the knowledge to make sure the imperfections in one of the stones we liked could be cut to our liking. I would highly recommend Stone Basyx to everybody looking for countertops, islands or unusual stone slabs to use for your home.

Absolutely beautiful selections and AMAZING staff. The staff was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all the different types of stone. One staff member even called multiple stores to see if they could ship us a specific quartz sample. I highly recommend this place. We went to the Lexington, KY location.

Djuan Clay was the biggest help!!!! I had an issue with the slab I put on hold being release due to the installer not replying to Stone Basyx's email and Djuan was so gracious and helpful and looked it back up, checked to make sure the slabs were still available and got it back on reserve for me. He went above and beyond and I really appreciate his customer service!! Thank you so much Djuan!

Luis at Stone Basyx in Lexington was great! The staff was more than willing to move multiple slabs around so my wife and I could get a good look at different bundles of the same granite. Our granite shopping experience at Stone Basyx in Lexington, Ky was excellent. Located in a convenient location with ample parking. The customer service at the front desk are the most HELPFUL and thorough with communicating the process and preparing us for safely browsing in the products display area. Clean, climate controlled, bright environment. They have the widest selection on site we have found in the area. Don't drive all over the place. You will find that your search for granite, quartz, quartzite, and more to be easier for you to get done here.
